Do I need an account to place an order?
An account is not required. You may complete your purchase as a guest.
Creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and enjoy a more seamless experience with sébastien.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Should you need to amend or cancel your order, kindly contact us immediately at care@sebastienhomme.com.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our Singapore atelier, it can no longer be modified.
I did not receive an order confirmation.

Our garments are designed with precision and structure.
We recommend reviewing the Size Guide before placing your order. If you require guidance, our team will be pleased to assist prior to opening
your item.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, underwear can only be returned if the original packaging remains completely unopened and sealed.

Payment is captured immediately
upon order confirmation.

We offer domestic and international shipping.

Delivery timeframes begin once your
order departs our warehouse.
Duties and taxes
International shipments may be
subject to import duties or taxes determined by local authorities.
These charges, where applicable,
are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is my shipment insured?
All parcels are insured while in
transit until marked delivered.
If you elect to waive signature
confirmation (where applicable), responsibility transfers once delivery is
completed.
